Digital product
Operator Control System is a downloadable business-operations toolkit delivered electronically. By purchasing or using it, you agree to these terms.
License
Your purchase provides a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use within one business unless a different license is stated at checkout. You may modify the files for internal business use. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, or make the source files available as a competing template or product.
Payment and delivery
Payment is processed by Stripe. Access is delivered electronically to the email used at checkout through the secure customer-download flow. You are responsible for providing an accurate checkout email and maintaining access to it.
Refunds
Because this is a digital product, refunds are handled on an issue basis. Requests submitted within 14 days of purchase will be reviewed when the product is materially defective, the files cannot be accessed after reasonable delivery support, or a duplicate purchase occurred. To request review, email support@opscontrolhq.com from the checkout email and include enough information to locate the order.
No professional advice
The product is a management and operational-control tool. It is not accounting, audit, legal, tax, regulatory, compliance, lending, investment, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for business decisions, controls, calculations, filings, and compliance obligations.
No guarantee of results
Operational examples, ROI calculations, and sample data are illustrative. Results depend on your inputs, implementation, business conditions, and judgment. No specific savings, revenue, risk reduction, or business outcome is guaranteed.
Availability and updates
We may improve, replace, or discontinue website features and may issue updated product files. A one-time purchase does not include perpetual support, custom consulting, or future products unless expressly stated.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the product is provided as-is and liability relating to the product or website will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Acceptable use
You may not use the product or website to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, bypass access controls, or interfere with the service.
